Everything you need to know before staying in Playa Zipolite at Soirée. Find practical information about arrival times, transportation, WiFi, parking, cleaning, and what to expect during your stay.
Where is Soirée located?
Soirée is located in Roca Blanca, Playa Zipolite, directly across from the beach. You’ll find us at Camino Shambala S/N, near Lo Cósmico and El Alquimista. For the most accurate directions, search for Mezcalería Gota Gorda on Google Maps.
How close is Soirée to the beach?
Soirée is located directly across the street from Playa Zipolite, in the Roca Blanca area.
How do I get to Soirée from Huatulco or Puerto Escondido airports?
You can either get to Soirée by way of Taxi or Public/Local:
- Public Transportation is also known as “Colectivo”.
First, you have to walk out of the airport until you reach the main road (3-6 minutes). They are both very small airports. You take any minivan or transportation heading towards Pochutla (70 MXN). You get off at the Pochutla crossroads, “Crucero de Pochutla,” and get into a taxi or bus to Zipolite (30-200 MXN).

- From Huatulco airport, you can take a minivan or other transportation towards Pochutla (70 MXN). There, get off at the intersection to Pochutla (before turning to Pochutla) and take local transport or a cab to Zipolite (30-200 MXN).
- From Puerto Escondido airport, take an external cab to the minivans, “Los Rápidos de Pochutla” (50-100 MXN). There, get into a minivan heading to Pochutla (70 MXN). You will have to get off at the intersection in San Antonio. Finally, get on a local transport or a cab to Zipolite (30-200 MXN)

What time is Check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Please share your approximate arrival time in advance so our team can be ready to welcome you. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m., arrangements must be made at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, check-in cannot be guaranteed. We ask this out of respect for everyone’s time—both yours and our team’s.
Where is the reception?
Check-in takes place at Soirée. We don’t have a traditional reception desk, but a member of our team will meet you and help you settle in. Please share your approximate arrival time in advance.
Can I arrive after 9:00 p.m.?
Arrivals after 9:00 p.m. must be arranged at least 12 hours in advance; otherwise, check-in cannot be guaranteed. We ask this out of respect for everyone’s time—both yours and our team’s.
Can I store my luggage with you?
If you arrive before check-in, you may leave your luggage with us while you explore the area or spend time by the pool. Luggage storage after check-out may also be available. Please confirm with our team in advance.
What time is Check-out?
It’s usually 11:00 am, but we try to be flexible when possible.
Do you have Wifi?
Yes. All accommodations include high-speed satellite WiFi through Starlink. The connection is suitable for everyday browsing, streaming and remote work, although brief interruptions can occasionally occur in this part of the coast.
Do you have parking?
Limited private parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available nearby, but spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Daily cleaning is not included. For stays of four nights or longer, cleaning is provided every two days. Bed linens and towels are changed every four days.
Do you have extra beds?
No, we do not provide extra beds. Please check the listed capacity of each accommodation before booking.
Do all accommodations have a kitchen?
No. Some accommodations have a full kitchen or kitchenette, while others include only a refrigerator or minibar. Please review the amenities listed for each space before booking.
Can I invite visitors to the property?
Accommodations and guest-only areas are reserved for registered guests. Outside visitors are welcome at the cafecito and mezcalería during their regular opening hours, but they are not permitted inside the accommodations or private guest areas.
Are parties allowed?
Parties are not permitted as part of a regular stay. Private events may be considered separately, subject to prior discussion and specific restrictions. Please send your event details to info@soiree.mx at least six months in advance. Approval is not guaranteed.
Is Soirée adults-only?
Yes. Soirée is an adults-only property.
Are pets allowed?
Pets may be accepted in selected accommodations with prior approval. Please contact us before booking so we can confirm whether the accommodation is suitable.
